 Heliconia psittacorum ‘Tropics'

Habit: Terrestrial

Habitat: Herb, perennial.

Height: 1.5 – 2 m

Foliage:  Leaves to 1m in length, petioles and stems often with a waxy, glaucous bloom.

Flowers:  Inflorescence erect. Bracts are pastel red toward the tips, fading to peach at the base.
