Leaves simple, alternate, elliptic, apex subacute, base narrowly cuneate;
Flowers from the upper leaf axils; . Sepals 4, rarely 5, glabrous or
puberulent. Petals yellow, elliptic emarginated. Stamens usually as many as
the sepals, rarely more.Capsule thin walled, terete, pale brown readily and
