Key Botanical Characters           :  
Shrubs, branchlets brown tomentose. Leaves , ovate or elliptic-oblong, apex acuminate or acute, base acute, lateral nerves 3 or 4 pairs; petiole to 2.5 cm long. Flowers  petals pale blue changing to white, with yellow blotches at the base of upper pair; stamens 80-100. Berry ovoid, to 4 cm long.
