Habit: Terrestrial.

Habitat: Large herb, Perennial.

Height: 2 m.

Foliage: Its leaves are narrowly elliptic to lanceolate, variegated with irregular creamy-white sections.

Flowers:  Its inflorescence is drooping. The showy bracts are vibrant red with yellow and green tips.
