Stem clavate, 8-10 cm tall. Leaves  oblong-lanceolate, acute. Flowers white, in 1.5-2 cm long, 2-flowered, terminal raceme; bracts , oblong-lanceolate, acute, 3-veined; dorsal sepal , obovate-oblong, acute, 3-veined; lateral sepals  obliquely ovate, acute; petals oblong-lanceolate, subacute-obtuse, 3-veined; lip ,quadrate, emarginate at apex; disc with fleshy bilobed calli; midlobe with 3 fleshy ridges.
